YOU DIDN’T LIKE THE DATASET COVERAGE
There are sample datasets for you to help you decide to purchase. Samples are in exact format with what you are going to get. So, no refund when you didn’t like the coverage.
YOU DON’T HAVE INSTALLED EXCEL
You need to have a device which can open an ordinary MS Excel document, and of course, MS Excel installed on your device. Each dataset’s file extension (.xlsx or .csv) is already specified on the product page. However, some large Excel files with more than 100K rows, can rather be opened by trying to open Excel first, then opening the file from the “File >> Open” menu.
EXCEL SAYS “CORRUPTED FILE”
Since none of our datasets are NOT CORRUPTED and getting tested many times before publication, refund quest is not going to be acceptable. Please also check out our support post for overcoming corrupted file errors.
YOU BELIEVE DATASET HAS INCORRECT INFORMATION
We are working hard to validate our data and when we receive an error report, we correct the errors very quickly. So, if you ever notice one, please let us know. We die for feedback and would definitely like to do something in your favor.
